The Doukhobor Discovery Center was the site of a special memorial tree planting when Writers' Guild and family members met to plant a special tree in memory of Vi Plotnikoff.

Vi's book,
Head Cook At Weddings and Funerals, has been a consistent
seller at the Discovery Centre since its release, and is currently
available in our gift shop. Ms. Plotnikoff spoke on occassion at the Doukhobor Discovery Centre's various functions. Always informative, alway entertaining; she will be missed by all. |
