Museum Membership

The Doukhobor Discovery Centre is committed to preserving and sharing the Doukhobor cultural heritage with people throughout British Columbia, across Canada and around the world. Our responsibility at the Doukhobor Discovery Centre is to discover, explore and celebrate the history and stories of the Doukhobors.

As a public museum, we rely on many sources of income, including private and public grants, revenue from admissions, membership fees, fundraising and other events, our gift shop, and donations. Having a strong membership shows our funders and donors that people in our community value the culture and heritage of Castlegar and surrounding areas.

As a member, you will support the acquisition, development, preservation, restoration, and maintenance of our cultural museum and archives for future generations. We invite you to become a member for only $10 annually and discover something new. If you are a member already, we thank you and hope you will renew. If not, please consider doing so.

Memberships are effective for one year beginning as of the Annual General Meeting in April of the current season.
