We welcome group tours by advance booking only so that adequate staffing can be arranged. Tour groups in the past have included school field trips and senior bus tour groups, as well as business, and family reunions arriving by individual vehicles. Limited off season tours can be booked as well.
Elementary, High School, and College students, as well as adults and seniors have all enjoyed the educational experience of learning about the local Doukhobor history.
Group visits include a welcome by a DDC host or hostess upon arrival with a verbal presentation of Doukhobor history, an optional video presentation inside our Audio/Visual Building and your choice of a fully guided tour or self-guided free time.
We are also pleased to include complementary admission for bus drivers and tour operators/chaperones along with plenty of free parking and ample room for buses and oversized vehicles on site.
We offer a 10% discount for groups with more than 12 visitors, with complimentary admission for your bus driver and tour operator/chaperones. For groups of 12 or less, our standard per person admission rates (Adults $10, Seniors $8, Students $5) apply.
Working within a limited education budget? Special school rates can be arranged at time of booking.
To ensure appropriate staffing is available, we ask that you please contact us to make advance bookings for groups with more than 20 visitors.
To book your group visit, please contact us with your desired date and time of arrival, planned length of stay and number of visitors in your group. We will confirm your request via email or telephone upon receipt of booking.
Payments (in Canadian funds) are accepted by cheque, cash, or credit card on arrival. Sorry, we cannot accept debit card transactions at this time.
